Sadly that pretty much sums up the main reason of Kennedy, thus implicitly conveying that persecution/prosecution of Christians for not wanting to be
complicit in evil might be allowed - even when the Christian was not only acting consistent with the law of God but the highest law of the state - if the prosecution is polite.

I hope this is not precedent-setting in a way. Did they actually destroy the validity of the original claim by ruling this way? I’m not a legal scholar, so I don’t know.
