I think some lines are being purposely blurred here. I believe this is an illegal alien crackdown under the guise of “sex trafficking” for political cover.
Yes, young children are being “trafficked” illegally into America and it’s not uncommon for something terrible to happen to them, but these numbers don’t add up.
The “pro-deportation” forces have been throwing the name MS-13 around carelessly as well. I see this as a similar fade. Not every illegal alien is MS-13, and not every trafficked Latin kid is being sexually exploited.
This is being used to have less pushback for enforcing immigration law.
You may be right. I’ve read that the most common crimes for Hispanic illegals is DUI and sex offenses.
