WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama predicted more grim economic news when the government releases its January employment data on Friday.
“Tomorrow, we’re expecting another dismal jobs report on top of the 2.6 million jobs that we lost last year,” Obama said during a visit to the Department of Energy on Thursday.
The report is due out at 8:30 a.m. EST (1330 GMT) on Friday.

Every time Hussein was on TV talking about his 'Obama Care' people got laid off the next day.
Millions of Americans lost their jobs. I lost my shop due to lack of customers. My phones would not ring for a week after he was on TV.
I remember every summer was promised to be the “Summer of Recovery.”
And the Obamunists told us with a straight face that all the layoffs were “freeing you” to “find other options.”
Yes, the other option was if I was going to live in a dome tent somewhere.
I remember every winter the press would blame the weather for the bad economy.
I’ll admit he was handed a lousy economy, but his policies did NOTHING to fix it. Indeed, the stifling load of regulations and new taxes via Obamacare only made it much much more protracted than the downturn otherwise would have been. It was like handing a drowning man an anchor. The result was THE most anemic “recovery” from a recession in American history. The economy bounced back from the stock market crash in 1929 better than it did under him. Those were some AWFUL years for me.
Yeah, I remember that fake ‘promise’. Why is it that you can only have recoveries in the summer? Can’t we have a fake recovery in the fall or winter?
Yes, Obama released jobs data one full day in advance.Probably because he could hardly contain his excitement over the report.
Everyone seems to be overlooking all those "shovel ready" jobs that were about to begin though.

The US is still digging its way out of the Obama Depression.
remember those ‘unemployment’ statistics ONLY report pon count of people ON unemployment. Millions who lost their jobs went out of that statistic in the first few obama years and were no longer counted and more millions followed.
The numbers involved on the Out of Work go well beyond the 25% which defines a Depression STILL.
WE need to new use a statistic which gives a much better indicator of Joblessness.
