Excellent point. I have no idea how to do this but it would be a good start to collect a list of people who want a neutral website to replace google, twitter, facebook. Their criteria for posting would be legal/illegal period. It may attract investors if they knew the size of the demand.
A conservative website could generate tremendous traffic compiling this list.
