Why does he need a personal portable toilet? I read that he doesn’t pass gas or excrement and that his body so perfectly handles his food that just like dear old dad and grandpa he doesn’t have a butt hole. He doesn’t need one. Gee, now I’m confused.

I can understand a guy wanting the comfort of his own toilet seat, especially if its oak.
Thoughts to consider:
Either they don’t have flushing toilets in Norklandia, or they don’t understand the fluid dynamics in a large main collection pipe and that as soon as you flush the solids will began to break up and dissolve, or yhey could just have some goon scoop the poop after he finished

Kim’s first consideration in any situation is his personal safety. He fears assassination more than any other public figure does. Paranoia in Norkea is a survival tactic. he fears sitting on a toilet with an explosive charge in it. He brings his own food for fear of poison and in his world, fearing that Trump would have him poisoned is not irrational. He would do it to someone else so why would not Trump do it to him? Were the meeting to be in Pyongyang then likely Trump would take some extraordinary precautions, himself.
Or, more likely, paranoia issues.
