Chick Fil A is about to open a very large restaurant in the food court of Roosevelt Field, Long Island’s largest busiest mall. Their place in Hicksville is busy all the time but it will be interesting to see if the LBTGQWERTY crowd have a demonstration on opening day. I will definitely be there to buy my Number 1 with extra pickel and a superfood
“Pride month”? WTF are they so proud of, anyway? After all, they claim they were “born that way” so what, exactly, are they taking so much pride in?
I don’t know, but how many people are named after a prison?
They opened their first (and so far only) restaurant in the Syracuse, NY area a few months ago and the line was around the block. I’m sure it’s died down since but I wish they’d open more.

My son is going through withdrawals. He worked at CFA for 2-3 years and ate a meal there every day he worked and sometimes days he didn’t.
He quit a few days ago. He’s driving to Michigan to volunteer for the summer at a Christian camp that is at least 500 miles from the nearest CFA.
He’s not going to return there when he gets back, instead he’ll have a full time truck driving job. But, CFA asked if they could keep him on the payroll for special events if they need him. He fits the cow costume.
Liberalism is slavery. Eat at the wrong restaurant, think the wrong thoughts, say the wrong things and the mob tries to destroy you.
They made a brilliant marketing decision with the Hicksville site. Hicksville has a very large immigrant and 2nd and 3rd generation South Asian population. Muslims don’t eat pork and Hindus don’t eat beef. Chicken is big on the menu of both cultures and this is reflected in the crowd of diners.
The anti-Chick-fil-A thing is such a bunch of Fake News.
It was the comments and donations of the Truitt family, not the Chick-fil-A corporation, which caused the fuss.
Most of the donations were not “anti-gay”. For example the Truitt family donated to nonprofits who did premarital counseling used by many evangelical Christian churches. The Gaystapo turned this into “anti-gay” because this nonprofit did not do pre gay marriage counseling, even though gay marriage did not exist at the time. It is very similar to how the Gaystapo came after Neil Clark Warren and eHarmony, because.Warren used information based on years of marriage counseling to build a matchmaking system. It was heterosexual only because there was no such thing as gay marriage counseling when he started eHarmony, but that was not good enough.
Regarding the Chick-fil-A corporation, Chick-fil-A is a franchise organization. So the corporate headquarters does not represent the personal beliefs of individual Chick-fil-A owner operators.
It is crazy.

I never go there for lunch. I don't have enough time to wait in line AND eat. I stop after work on my way home.
Only in America would a lib have to ask for permission as to where it’s PC to eat or not:-)
He’ll continue to eat there, he just won’t talk about it. I know some libs who dropped their boycott because “their food is so good”. :)
