Chase Bishop, 29, was being held in a detention center in downtown Denver. He faces charges for second-degree assault but he has not been formally charged, according to NBC affiliate KUSA.
Bishop is not assigned to the Denver office but works out of Washington, D.C., sources told KUSA.

What kind of a moron carries concealed by tucking the pistol in his pants’ back waistband with no holster? I certainly wouldn’t expect this from anyone who has supposedly had decent training.
He had an inside the waistband holster. You can see it in the video. It clearly did not have the necessary tension to prevent the gun from falling out when inverted.

It is kind of unusual I think to have an agent assigned to DC working in Denver. They actually have a field office in Denver. He may have been a member of an inspection team looking at the office for some reason but aside from that I cannot figure out why he was there.
Don’t they investigate these folks prior to hiring them? Do they have a policies and procedures manual that mentions handgun safety or controlling your weapon? What about drinking at bars armed? I think the guy should be fired based on the evidence already available.
