Lots of coincidences... we cancel military exercises and China removes missiles from the South China Sea. Bet they are related.
The deal that was promulgated in Singapore was much bigger than just fixing the Nork problem. We may not ever find out directly what else was involved but we can surmise from changes that happen in our East Asian relationships and maybe elsewhere.
