I bet the foundering members of the ACLU would be spinning in there grave to see what there organization has become 98 years after the founding... protecting civil rights is good but I believe that the organization is ran by people who don’t believe in civil rights and only see this group as one big piggy bank to raid and a source of political power to go after there enemies.
The founding members of the ACLU were communists. What commies do is go after their political opponents hammer & tongs, or hammer & sickle in this case.
The ACLU of today is merely reverting to its original purpose.
