Doesn’t matter. OIG Report is already a complete “Whitewash”. No political bias found! No fraud or crimes found. Comey was a bad boy. Lynch was lazy. Nothing to see here. Nothing worth waiting all this time for. Trump should have fired Horowitz on day one.
By the way, Horowitz claims Obama hindered him. What is his excuse now?

Yes! I will call my Representative and Senators. Those people know that for every call they get, it represents 1000 or more of their constituents. You know, us peons who have to get them through their next election. This is my only chance to stuff a ballot box with multiple votes.
