Personally, I don’t get too bothered when a local school board changes the name of the school. We may not like it and think its foolish or wrong, but its their decision. They could name it for Bozo the Clown for all I care.

Things like that were done to the South as punishment during Reconstruction.
I think naming schools after him is premature, because his past treasonous and illicit activities are coming to light and he will become a bigger disgrace than he already is. Better to wait a couple decades for history to judge whether he warrants having his name on anything rather than an indictment list.

This school is rated below average in school quality compared to other schools in the state. Students here perform below average on state tests, are making below average year-over-year academic improvement, and this school has below average results in how well it’s serving disadvantaged students.
