Congress has it’s own jail. The committee or a vote of the house can put Rosenstien in it if he is in contempt.

My suggesting is to repurpose the Congressional Black Caucus's space on the grounds it's an intrinsically racist and thus unAmerican organization. Rat and media heads will explode as much wherever you put it so you might as well go big! Congress should then excuse their jail from all the cushy perks they and the courts have imposed on article II and state jails. Give their guests a nice retro, original intent experience. The likely guests would find it educational and potential future guests would find that very educational.
