WHY DOES PETER STRZOK WANT TO TALK TO HOUSE COMMITTEE?
shameless vanity | 6-23-2018 | wayoverontheright

Posted on 06/23/2018 7:57:35 AM PDT by wayoverontheright

First to answer the inevitable question as to why Peter Strzok is still employed by the FBI. Because Inspectors General, in this case Michael Horowitz, cannot "interview" former employees, only current ones, and the IG isn't done with Agent Strzok just yet.

Why doesn't Strzok just resign, as others have? Because he is negotiating with Horowitz/Huber (Sessions?) as to how long he may be in prison, and he still has information which, at least in the mind of Strzok, has more value than Horowitz/Huber esteem it to have.

What might this information be? Is it just not valuable? Unlikely but perhaps so.

Remember, Lisa Page was allowed to resign after giving up McCabe. Peter Strzok's value then, has nothing to do with McCabe. I seriously doubt Strzok has anything on Comey which exceeds that which McCabe could, and eventually will, provide. I don't think what Strzok knows and believes has great value has anything to do with Comey.

Then who?

Strzok reported to Priestap, but deliberately skipped over Priestap to report directly to Andrew McCabe. That would be the Andrew McCabe whose wife received over $500k from Hillary crony Terry McAuliffe to nearly completely fund her run for elective office in Virginia. I don't think it's a stretch to infer that HRC "requested" this payment in exchange for some very important favors to Hillary. It's how they roll.

Was Strzok directly told by McCabe that Hillary was running this op, or did he just figure it out? Insurance policy anyone?

From the IG report:

"We identified instances where FBI employees improperly received benefits from reporters, including tickets to sporting events, golfing outings, drinks and meals, and admittance to nonpublic social events,"

NON PUBLIC social events. Hmmmmmm..... Just when do reporters do non-public anything? When they are scheming/colluding with pols they favor for mutual benefit maybe?

It's my bet that Strzok was a favorite invitee to these non-public events. We already know that at least one FISA judge may have attended, again, is it a stretch that HRC, Inc. wouldn't have some presence at these klatches in order to steer the ruse that we all know occurred?

Isn't Strzok an FBI agent? An FBI agent into "insurance policies"? He thought he had his get-out-of-jail card, and now Horowitz/Huber (Sessions?) want nothing of it? Isn't it curious that DOJ and IG have no problem with their witness blabbering to Congress? It is clear they just want this booger off their finger.

So Strzok thinks he's scrzewed. He thinks by talking to the house committee they will intervene on his behalf. If the committee in general and Goodlatte in particular are not interested, then Strzok is really scrzewed, and so are we.

This is my attempt to answer the question as to why Peter Strzok would want to talk to the committee. It is born of my visceral distaste for HRC, and the knowledge that you seldom go wrong assuming the very worst about these people.

All of them.

Strzok’s lawyer told the Washington Post that his client “wants the chance to clear his name and tell his story”:

Clear his name..what a joke. He knows he is being thrown under the bus to protect higher ups. He may want to cut an immunity deal.

I think Hillary hooked him up with a good lawyer that created a somewhat plausible cover story based on the public texts.

I was wondering about that, thanks for explaining.

This sucker wants to paint others with tar and do it while getting some immunity.

Congressional oversight is playing into the hands of the left.

I don’t know if your answers are correct, but your questions are intriguing.

One thing I noticed - by my memory it seems like Lisa Page asked the setup questions, which Strzok would answer. For example the last one we found in the IG report, paraphrasing, Lisa Page said Trump will never be president, right? And Strzok said, don’t worry, we’ll take him out. He seems to be the one with the aggressive answers and mind-set.

Strzok maintained a secret back channel to Valarie Jarret. His task was to confirm info channeled by others

Does Strzok have something on Mueller and his crew of political assailants? He was in on the Russia investigation from the beginning.

He probably wants to use info on Hitlery and con-man comey for immunity or some type of deal.

Hey give poor little Peter a chance. He accidentally said bad words in thousands and thousands of texts. He didn’t mean it! Poor little Peter.

Strzok will claim he believed the information on Trump the candidate and did so with a zeal commensurate with his status in the FBI. At all times he acted in good faith. His insurance discussion and making sure Trump didn’t become President all admissions but were only done and said because of his belief in Russian interference and that poor candidate Hillary was a target of that interference. It could have been Bernie Sanders or any other candidate though. Just happened to be Hillary. And the MSM will lap it up and state the deep state conspiracy is over since there never was such a conspiracy.

Strzok does seem to be trapped in a corner with very few options. His paper trail is too large and enough has been exposed that he has few options. His last remaining option may be to burn everything to the ground in hopes his own skin will be saved. It seems that the rats are starting to get ready to turn on each other. They seem to be trying to get immunity. That implies guilt on their part. Time to squeeze them harder.

WHY DOES PETER STRZOK WANT TO TALK TO HOUSE COMMITTEE?

To use his testimony and notoriety as a platform to stoke The Resistance.

This creep is a true-believing, committed leftist and nothing coming out of his mouth should be trusted.
