The overall temperature of the earth cannot be measured with enough accuracy to determine whether it is actually warmer or cooler than it was 30 years ago. The data can be easily cherry picked to show anything that the picker wants it to show. And the leftist pickers have an agenda. They do not even try to hide the fact that they have an agenda.
The measure is supposed to be an average of surface temperatures — but this has evolved over the years due to both natural and human activity other than carbon dioxide sources. Cities have grown, areas have been paved. This will not give a fair picture of the conditions in more natural terrain, or even at various significant altitudes anywhere.
