As such, I am disgusted by the tilt toward anti-Semitism by supposedly caring liberals these past years and with the Jews who somehow go along with leftist ideas because their mommies taught them the Dems are “for the little guy”.

My mother was a Dem and my grandfather was a delegate in national Dem conventions for Truman and Stevenson. That doesn’t mean I had to stay a naïve fool. I passed childhood and became a conservative.
They say if you’re a youth who is not a socialist you have no heart but if still one as an adult you have no brain.(paraphrased). Still true.
Truman and Stevenson were decent and patriotic men.
But, political habits are very hard to break, once established.
I have some Jewish friends and family, and I'd say they're about 75 to 80 percent mindless Democrats. It's their real religion, IMHO. Their erstwhile religion is background cultural color.
