Lets see, the owner ‘rushed’ to the store to address the problem and polled the help whether to oust a Friend of the President, basically because she worked for the President.
So, the owner was ‘sticking’ up for her employees (to read their version) which while now (probably) going out of business for her actions, and she gets an ‘attaboy’.
Meanwhile the President ‘sticks up for his friend and employee’ and gets accused of being a bully and interfering ....
I realize ‘WE’ should stand up for ourselves etc, but a bunch of ‘wild youth’ wearing MAGA hats and the owners and other shopkeepers receiving threats sort of defeats the purpose and plays into their hands.
I would somewhat imagine that you could poll most of the ‘protestors’ and ‘boycotters’ and they probably didn’t know the place existed or would never darken the door anyway.
