Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., declared Thursday on national TV that the newest member of the Supreme Court, Justice Neil Gorsuch, did not receive an affirmative vote from “one Democrat” in his confirmation process.
The Democratic lawmaker appeared on CNN to voice her disdain over President Donald Trump selecting Justice Anthony Kennedy’s replacement after he retires in July, noting that the president has previously said that he will appoint justices who will overturn Roe V. Wade.
Liberal anchor Chris Cuomo pointed out that nominees will not admit any desire to overturn the law, pointing to Gorsuch as the latest example of this.
Gillibrand countered that her party did not believe Gorsuch, stressing that “he didn’t get a vote from one Democrat.”
Cuomo tried to correct the senator, a long shot favorite to be the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, but she refused the assist.
Kirsten should stand more and stop sitting on her Brain
Well, no matter how hard she tries, Senator Cutie-Pie will never become President, nor even get the nomination. Even if she delivers f-bombs on cable TV.
She has zero gravitas. Even your garden variety stupid Democrat will not vote for a candidate whose only attribute is a pretty face.
And as she continues to show her head is empty, this too will drag down her popularity.
She can rest assured, however, that she has a lock on the Democratic sorority girl vote.
Princess Gillibrand should stick to dropping “F” bombs and leave the facts to the adults.

Lost in the abortion debate is the state's right to choose. Where is the choice for the states? Everytime a state restricts abortion, it gets blocked by a leftist judge.
Everything was fine from a political standpoint with abortion before R v W. We didn't have none of this political acrimony and divisiveness prior to when abortion was legalized nationwide.
The best thing to save babies and create a better America is to simply overturn R v W and let the states regulate abortion like they did before.
