Why don’t we ever hear that Roe v Wade used Viability as a limit on which Abortions could be legally performed?

It’s interesting that even European Socialist Countries have more restrictive Abortion Laws that the United States.
Agreed, I was young, and naïve back in the early 60’s when I was stationed in Maine, but, I got the impression that the folks I met from there were good, down-to-earth, country folk, as Conservative as it gets.
