Legal experts say it’s likely special counsel Robert Mueller secretly gained access to the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) tax returns as part of the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to a McClatchy report.

Secret court, enforcing secret law, and targeting a person rather than a crime.

F-ing un-American.

Hillary only had 1,000 raw FBI files on Republicans when she and Bill were in the White House.

The ‘Special’ Counsel team of Democrats has been able to study every communication of people in the Trump campaign and in the Trump presidential transition, FBI and NSA files on Trump Republicans, bank and financial records on Trump Republicans and now the NRA donor lists, among other things.

This usage of US government law enforcement and counterintelligence as an arm of the Democrat party is one of the greatest instances of corruption in our history.

I'm sure that would have taken a warrant. Now who is the judge signing off on all this?

One thing that has come of this ongoing coup is it's become clear we need accountability in our judges. The FISA court is utterly unconstitutional and must be eliminated entirely. Then we need an efficient way to remove judges and hold them accountable for their actions. The notion of lifetime appointments may have been ok at the time of our founding but not anymore. This is a tuff one to solve because we can't remove a judge everytime a ruling is not liked by one side or the other but at the same time we cannot allow judges to have literally no accountability whatsoever. The true flaw in our constitution is being exposed and that is the notion of lifetime appointments of a handful of judges who are unaccountable to the people or other branches of government. Judges are supposed to be impeachable but impeachment has proved to be impossible to implement and can't be initiated by the people.

The 4th Amendment has been completely ignored by the Obama administration, the Democrats and the Mueller team. If Congress had any intestinal fortitude at all they would call them out on it and begin aggressive prosecution as there is plenty of evidence.

What in hell does the NRA have to do with this?? Herr Mueller needs to be locked up. What a farce this “investigation” has turned into.

What the f*** are these Nazi bastards doing with NRA tax filings? What ever happened to their “Russki collusion” thingy? This has turned into an expensive phishing expedition with the U.S. taxpayers being forced to foot the bill. The commie ‘RATS should be paying for this bogus fiasco, not the taxpayers!

Mueller isn’t the enemy here. Every crime he commits is enabled, aided and abetted by the GOP. Direct your fire were it belongs: the GOP.

This explains those bizarre “Russian money laundering through the NRA” stories of a couple of weeks ago. Yet another phony media scandal directed against political opponents, this one fueled by a very suspect plumbing of their tax records. Under this pretext Mueller could get the tax records of anyone in the country. Maybe he should have tried 0bama’s.

Well, he IS a brilliant, intellectual, cosmic, Progressive genius, dontcha know, and he is above all humans, institutions, (including the Constitutiona) and is fighting fascism, and an ill-legitimate president that was only duly elected by a bunch of stupid, ignorant, red-neck jerks.

See?
