My opinion is that he was the one who corrupted the CIA.It was corrupted long before HW came along and laid his crap down. The Dulles boys were a disaster for this country/ Truman knew it and Kennedy knew it. Kennedy declared he was going to shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and then fired Allen Dulles. And then he was assassinated. And Allen Dulles wound up on the Warren Commission. Kennedy should have shattered before speaking.
