Justice Department covers up possible spy ring scandal in Democratic congressional offices

**SNIP**

I sat flabbergasted in the courtroom in Washington as the plea agreement was entered.

I spent the last year interviewing hundreds of people and chasing leads for my upcoming book –titled “Spies in Congress” – about the alleged spy ring believed led by Awan that may have operated in the offices of more than 40 Democratic members of Congress.

If not for my extensive research on this case, I might have assumed the government just couldn’t find enough evidence to make a solid case against Awan on more serious charges than bank fraud.

When I asked Justice Department prosecutor J.P. Cooney why the government made this odd plea deal he just smiled and waved me away as he told me to ask the Justice Department Office of Public Affairs. The office declined to answer my questions.

Jeff Sessions IS the insurance policy. What a disgrace.

George Webb predicted a slap on the wrist plea deal like 6 months ago.

The corruption runs very deep.

Unless there is some component to this that we are not aware of then this is a grave injustice and coverup.

There is a possibility that Awan has turned states witness in order to catch bigger fish. There is also a chance that a trap has been laid where he gets charged for undisclosed crimes. Or maybe even violent ones.

If he actually gets to walk in the end then we will know how crooked things are even now.

The coverup continues with The Weasel and McGoo in place.

It certainly looks that way.
I have been keeping my mouth shut hoping that wasn’t the case.
He was such a stalwart as Senator, I just can’t believe how bad an AG he is turning out to be.

There was a theory that I read a while back that Awan was involved in the murder of Seth Rich. I have no idea if that is true or not. But who knows what they might have on him.

Justice is not finished with Awan. He got off here, but there are other charges coming his way.

Public Enemy No. 1. I wonder what the big payoff for Sessions is? After he’s fired or is able to topple Trump he’ll never be elected again. I assume he is too old for a typical Swamp after politics payoff on K street or in consulting. As qualified for media as he is to be AG. How is he going to be paid for his treachery?

He must have had some fantastic dirt, possibly with incriminating pictures on all of the Democrats. That is how it works. I surpised the Democrats didn’t hire back. Maybe they will.

Looking more and more like Sessions is a no good piece of zhit that needs to be sent to the garbage heap with the rest of them.

Settle back and see how things unfold, Imran Awan is the very lowest rung on the ladder and it’s inconceivable that the level of corruption and spying that has been alleged would be addressed at this level or in this forum. There are much bigger fish on the line, and they will fry...

There is a connection between Awans and NS-13, and it is widely believed MS-13 murdered Rich.

The shame of it all is that they’re laughing their backsides off with every appearance before Congress, knowing full well that the subversion has been successfulul, just like Mr Alinsky said it would.

IMHO

Are you sure and what are you are basing this on? From the article: "Awan, as a part of this plea agreement, also 'will not be charged' for any other nonviolent crimes he may have committed in Washington prior to the agreement, according to this deal."
