“Mark Lowcock”

What an apropos name for a UN “official.” It worries me to no end when the “low cocks” and “no cocks” from the UN start trying to interfere with our negotiations with Little Kim.

“Sir Mark Andrew Lowcock KCB (born 25 July 1962) is the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator and the Head of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. Prior to his appointment by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres on the 12 May 2017, Lowcock was the Permanent Secretary of the Department for International Development (DFID) from June 2011 to September 2017.”

So what we have here is another “low-life Brit” looking to go to NK and stir the $hit at cross purposes to our efforts most likely. From the look of his “resume,” he’s another Jerry Brown who has spent his entire life at the government tit!
