When I had my children I was traumatized by the likes of “La Leche” repeatedly. They even showed up to my home. We had to ask them to leave after they brought both mother and child to tears. I have no doubt they have a hand in this.
Your argument seems to be that all formula is soy based. That is not true. People do forget that the choice is not just manufactured formula or breast milk. Human infants can be fed “formula” made from evaporated milk, karo syrup and water. For babies that cannot tolerate cow’s milk goat’s milk is often a suitable option.

Even if your mnilk is somehow ‘tainted,’ it is less tainted than soy, which in unfermented form is toxic to every mammal.
This is true of most other beans too. They need to be soaked and washed to eliminate the enzyme inhibitors that stop digestion.
The bingo statement: countries should strive to limit the inaccurate or misleading marketing of breast milk substitutes.... aka baby formula, that we've been raising kids on for generations, needs to be restricted, for the good of the children. SMH

What happened to your women's rights mantra? If women have the right to kill their baby, at any point in their pregnancy, because it's her body, I'd think women have the right to feed their babies formula, so their boobs don't get saggy from breast feeding. /s

Are you against ALL formula or just “soy-based”? In my experience as a mother who is friends with lots of other mothers, the only mother I knew who was using the soy variety had a baby with severe digestive issues.
I’ve heard quite a few stories about them. When they would come into my hospital room I would just say, “I know what I’m doing, thanks” and they’d leave.

Nothing that has been heated above body temperature should enter a child until they are 2 years old. No pasteurized dairy products should ever be consumed by anyone.
Are you able to find raw-milk where you are?
There are also certain types of radiation where the mother has to stop breastfeeding.

Welp, since I'm OLD ENOUGH to vouch for several generations of "non breast fed" babies, I'd say it could be YOU that doesn't KNOW enough about the world.
I would have loved to see you call my feisty, deceased Great Grandmother and Grandmother, to their faces, irresponsible because they couldn't breast feed all their children and had to use canned milk or cow's milk....because that was the only thing available to them. ROFL, they would have kicked your butt, so hard and so fast, you wouldn't remember your own name afterwards.
My mother would have given you a gentle, but definite dressing down for calling HER not responsible in raising her 3 kids on an earlier type of formula, because she couldn't produce milk.
And though my daughter is like her grandmother..... way too sweet to tell YOU to stick it where the sun don't shine for calling HER not responsible because she used unnatural formulas when she couldn't produce enough milk for either of her sons after months of trying (and crying)......I have no problem saying it for her.
You definitely haven't worked in the health field industry, like I have, or you would understand how many women CAN'T breastfeed, due to physical build....... or how often the effects of stress dries up a woman's milk....or how many women don't eat enough nutrition daily to pass healthy milk along to their baby, even when they CAN physically breast feed.
But hey, I'm sure that the corrupt UN is only trying to be responsible by their dictatorial demand to force women towards breast feeding, by getting rid of baby formula. I'm sure, if they get their way, it's going to be really, really healthy for those babies that depend on formula, because their mother's can't, or don't want to breast feed..

Buried in the article are some hits that part of the resolution was about making access to formula more difficult.
Yes, breastfeeding is in general quite notably, better, but formula has its place - especially with women who can’t or shouldn’t nurse.
Trump is making a big boner if he doesn’t reverse this.

But she could have done better, even without breast feeding, by just buying raw goat milk.

Breast fed kids tend to have less disease, and a 20% IQ advantage.
