No matter how hard I try, I will never understand the obsession these people have with abortion. All off the adverse things that are poised to affect this country and the people here, this is what they get all rogered up over.

Schumer is incredibly smart, and a very dangerous opponent.

Chucky? Is that you?

Chuck, the SCOTUS must be devoid of politics and personal feelings.

The SCOTUS’ job is to interpret the law to the best of their abilities.

Every time SCOTUS decides a case, it is not meant to be a mini constitutional convention.

Nor are they to act as an unelected super legislative body.

Congress’ job is write the law or change the law.

SCOTUS job is to interpret that law.

SCOTUS is not a coup factory.

He’s devious, clever, deceitful, cunning, conniving, scheming, manipulative, and guileful. And that does make him dangerous.

If he were smart, he wouldn’t be a leftist.

Red meat conditioning from the left. Like the racism dog whistle. How else dow you control people that you never really help. But hurt? Keep ‘em distracted and running on the rat wheel. If they stop and actually begin the think the Dems are in trouble. Big trouble and they know it.

Chucky knows full well a SC nominee will not divulge any such info.

He’s playing to his deranged base.

Here’s why we tend to get screwed on SCOTUS picks. Our side asks for fealty to the Constitution. Judge says, “no problem” and then interprets the Constitution as he sees fit. Their side wants absolute obedience to Roe v Wade above all and makes sure they get a judge who will comply.

Our side is perilous because we allow a judge to be a judge and decide cases as they come forward. Their side is relentless because they know for a fact they can count on the judge to rule in their favor.

Yes he’s a snake. But without a striking rattle or bite. My guess is his constituents in NY are going bat sh— crazy and he had to throw ‘em something. He knows there is nothing they can do. The phone and emails are off the hook at his office. Comment is for his constituents.

Boy, these guys are sure worried about having a gov’t stamp of approval on their furious war on their babies. Satan HATES LIFE! The demand for normalizing the slaugher by any means necessary of any child of inconvenience as long as it never gets a chance to draw in the first breath of the first guaranteed right of the Law of The Land. After that, of course, that child get to be used for a sex toy. See my tagline...

If the choice is Amy Coney Barrett, I would love to see Schumer bully and harass her during the hearings about her views on abortion. This will backfire in a spectacular way on the Democrats.

Here is a free first draft from Eddie01 -

“Senator Schumer,

As a coequal branch of the United States government, the Supreme Court of the United State’s role is to interpret established law.

The Supreme Court of the United States was not ratified to act as a mini constitutional convention nor act as a body of unelected super legislators.

In effect the Supreme Court of the United States was never intended to enable the silent coup of a political party.”

for one, it’s unconstitutional. I hope whoever is nominated will state that.

Sometimes the strategy is to just tell the truth and come through like a bulldozer.

Wasn't it Robert Heinlein's Lazarus Long who said to get the first shot off real quick, then zero in on them while they're scrambling for cover?
