Over the past four years, the German authorities passed a couple of laws which say if you perform some action (like recording this event, or talking about this event), then you are inciting the public, and that would mean a search warrant for your house/apartment, and shutdown via social media.

In this case, it occurred in Hamburg, and to some degree (when the altercation started between the husband and wife) it was recorded. Far as I know....the guy was not a Muslim but a African immigrant. The baby involved was his own daughter.

They did attempt to limit the story and situation, but virtually everyone in Hamburg is aware of the episode. Most folks under 25 who have social media accounts have heard the story in various ways. So the law really wasn’t that effective.
