On the other hand, could they say they will vote no because of not getting documents? But they will.vote no anyway.
It’s not like they want these documents to help make an informed decision.
Quick question: could Judge Kavanaugh decline to answer questions from every senator who has already indicated opposition to him?

I think McConnell can set time for debate and schedule a vote. He will allow a long debate as he said the vote would be in Th Fall - sounds like early October

I am at least thankful we went have to endure that smarmy Al Franken this time. There are some people whose very countenance make you want to slap them. He is one.
If the definition of a conservative is a liberal whose been mugged, then after this smear campaign is over and he’s confirmed he’ll probably be the most conservative Justice of all time.

I think Trump has become more and more conservative because of the way that the left has treated him and his family.
When all is said and done Trump will be the most conservative President ever.
They can see the Kavanaugh files as soon as we see the DOJ and FBI Russia investigation files.
Filter them through the DoJ. They will receive about four percent of them by the time the vote is taken.
