The laws were enforced in La., particularly New Orleans. Shut antifa right down.

So ,I guess as long as they don’t wear a mask or disguise it’s okay to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any persn...” Halloween could be awkward.

Plus, why do you need another law that law enforcement are going to be told to ignore.
The difference is that wearing a mask in attempting to escape consequences defines premeditation to a crime if a crime is committed.
Halloween involves no crime.
