Her lawyer has every right to negotiate a timeline for an appearance, no matter who likes it or not.
Besides, IMHO she flipped on McCabe upon discovering he was throwing her under the bus. She also was seen texting Peter Strzok, ‘Don’t ever text me again.’
She’s mad, angry, humiliated and her future is not looking bright. What does she gain by appearing?
I am not surprised, would have been shocked if she showed up.
Yeah, I would send a court enforcement bounty hunter after her......
Next step is to find her in contempt? When can a federal marshal go pick her up? And when is the DoJ going to get real?

It appears congress is powerless.
This is all on congress. They are the ones who voluntarily have given up their powers to the judiciary, the executive branch and now to the new unspoken of until recently bureaucratic branch of government. Congress holds no one accountable and they eagerly fund the bureaucratic branch without question.
Congress has the power to rein in this contempt the other branches have for it, they just will not use the power. When they start talking holding people in contempt and impeachment if I were a part of the judiciary, executive or bureaucratic branches I wouldn’t give them the time of day until I saw someone marched out in handcuffs and thrown in jail. Until then Congress is the epitome of Trey Gowdey, you talk tough, you bluster, you threaten and then you walk quietly away until the next time you decide to do your windbag thing yet again.

It’s amazing how niave both of them were to document all their seditious and treasonous acts.
We need EVERYTHING released to the public but it will take a long time.
