The Dems are, as usual, just posturing for their low information voters. Chuckie knows this, and is just saying this stuff for media consumption because he is powerless to stop the nomination.
Most of these Rat Red State Senators will vote of confirm at the end of the day. Everything up to the vote is just theatre.
Ideally several Red state Senators will roll over and vote to confirm, and then get kicked to the curb in November anyway.

They did even bother polling (or at least mentioning) Alabama. Is Doug Jones already a solid ‘no’? I assume he knows he’s toast in 2020 either way, so he probably doesn’t care.
If the vote isn’t until the fall, the media and libs will have plenty of time to try to change that.
I’m sure Trump will fight back, which is why I love him.
When the Dems politicize the courts it’s the voters who run the show, not Chuck Schumer.
