How about a compromise? Let them skydive. Only have them do it while the plane is in mexican airspace. And dont come back for them.

Make them jump back to their own country..Physically impossible from North Texas: you're a good 400 miles from the Mexican border, winds are usually westerly, and Oklahoma sucks.

For those who don't want to visit the Startlegram...
rules that prompted the accusations were these:
"You must be able to read/write/speak fluent English so you can understand and fill out legal paperwork, and we can communicate."
"If you are in this country illegally please go home and skydive in your own country. We don’t want any money you obtained in the USA illegally."
Way to go!
