There is some implication that the implosion of the prior fake case taught them a lesson. Rosenstein announced today that the case was being “transitioned” to the DoJ’s National Security Division. It is suspected that this is similar to being “transitioned” to Forest Lawn for burial. Not sure what would happen if the defendants demanded a speedy trial.
Russian government officials using the pseudonym Guccifer 2.0 also released hundreds of internal documents from the DCCC, the organization that seeks to elect Democrats to Congress. The documents included information on former Miami Rep. Joe Garcia and current state Sen. Annette Taddeo, who were running in a primary to unseat Republican Rep. Carlos Curbelo.
So this is what they're claiming was stolen.
It could be very entertaining if these 12 new Russians decide to show up in their defense or at least their Attorneys.
Like the earlier indictments, Mueller never expected them to show up and demand a speedy trial, demand full discovery as we’ve seen Mueller’s teams efforts to delay and hide behind the secrecy of the DOJ’s tactics.
I’m no fan of the Russians, however, I would love to see a defense attorney ask Mueller’s prosecutors “If and when did you/the FBI examine the servers in question?”
Crowdstrike?
The FBI requested direct access to the Democratic National Committees (DNC) hacked computer servers but was denied, Director James Comey told lawmakers on Tuesday.
This left the FBI no choice but to rely upon a third party for information. These actions caused significant delays and inhibited the FBI from addressing the intrusion earlier.
CrowdStrike, the private security firm in question, has published extensive forensic analysis backing up its assessment that the threat groups that infiltrated the DNC were associated with Russian intelligence
CrowdStrike is a fraud
From its beginning in 2012, CrowdStrike has been using fraudulent attribution methodology to attract publicity, to confuse customers, and to alarm potential customers. Alarmism and fraud were hallmarks of Obamas administration. CrowdStrikes close relationship with the Obama administration, especially FBI Director Robert Mueller (until 2013), and rotating door between them ensured not only impunity, but quick success.

The revolving door between CrowdStrike and Obama administration also deserves mention. For example, Steven Chabinsky, a Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Cyber Division under Robert Mueller, was hired by Crowdstrike in September 2012. He became CrowdStrikes general counsel and chief risk officer. On April 13, 2016, he has been appointed by Obama to the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity (press release). It was two or three weeks before the DNC invited CrowdStrike to investigate and/or to make a cover story of the DNC data leak.

Clown Mueller has raised the bar on stupid with these indictments. Hope they have lawyers like the Russian companies he indicted. They showed up and made a fool of the prosecutors and Mueller. Surprised he didn’t indict Lenin also.
