The drug-runners have almost unlimited funds to keep sending their soldiers north.

Amaya-Ortiz had extensive criminal history in Denver, Colorado and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Both are sanctuary cities. Why wasn't this guy in prison? He should do his time and then deport him. We need the wall to make sure that guys like him don't come back.

The basic statutory maximum penalty for reentry after deportation is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both. ... Moreover, if deportation was subsequent to conviction for an aggravated felony, the statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 20 years.

They have more people than we have funds to imprison them. How about we just put them on a boat and let them off on the southern tip of South America?

Lock up Pelosi & Feinstein with them, so they can realize ‘there IS such a thing as MS-13’.

Such actions put a terrible strain on USA taxpayers. WHY should we support this criminal for the rest of his life? Our prisons are better than his freedom in Central America.

Kill them all now.

Why not sentence these “repeat deportees” to 20 years in a new ALASKAN prison before their “next” deportations?

If that prison is far enough from settled areas, then grizzlies and wolves can serve as “prison guards”.

Hmmm... Predators watching predators.

Sounds like “justice” to me.

Since they like tattoos, tattoo a penis on his face and send him home.

Make this a standard treatment for MS-13 caught in this country.

How about putting them in jail instead of deporting them?

Many years ago, a woman bragged that she’d crossed over at McAllen, TX over 400 times. Bet she’s tripled that number by now. We need to hire a bunch more BP, arm them with real ammo and order them to not allow anyone to cross.

Violent criminal illegals should have to serve full sentence. Upon release, should be immediately taken to be deported to country of origin. All expenses billed to that country. If that is not paid, then amount taken from U.S. Aid with double charge for not paying. If caught across our border again, amputate a leg and deport to original country. Charge all expenses to home country. If found to be aided via Mexico or other entity full amount also charged to that nation or nations. If caught again, summary execution.
Sounds harsh, but we are being destroyed and they are laughing at us.
Stop all benefits being supplied or provided to illegals. No education for their children, no food services, food stamps, or housing, etc. No treatments in hospitals, etc unless country of origin can be determined. That nation would then be billed and collected from U.S.Aid if necessary.
Build the wall and enforce it by all means necessary. Human trafficking punishment should be execution. Unless, one can prove coercion and by whom. So that we can go against them.
