How Could the FBI Indict 12 Russians for Hacking the DNC When the FBI Never Saw the Server?

My question is based in part from information contained in an article published on May 18, 2018 by TheMarketsWork.com "The FBI’s Outside Contractors, DNC Servers & Crowdstrike" by Jeff Carlson.

Since the FBI never examined the DNC server first-hand, and instead of doing so, relied heavily on information provided by Crowdstrike who was hired by the DNC, any such information should NOT be relied upon for any conclusions.

Very fishy indeed!

The DNC is guilty of obstruction of justice, the FBI should not be allowed to rely upon any information provided by Crowdstrike because it has engaged by, controlled by and paid by the DNC. Therefore, because the FBI used questionable material to indict Russian citizens that it knows fully well CAN NOT by Russian law be extradited to the U.S. for trial, the whole bunch of indictments are a HUGE NOTHING BURGER. This is a huge witch hunt where there are no witches out there.

The Rod Rosenstein PR stunt on Friday and the DOJ announcement after the Trump/Putin summit meeting are sure signs that the Swamp is even more desperate to sink Trump...the timing of those 2 events required the timing of a lot of swamp creatures in the FBI and the DOJ.

The FBI and the DOJ are still obviously run be Swamp creatures and all of them must be ferreted out and fired!

According to numerous democrats on tv today, you don’t need to inspect them or have any evidence. As long as someone from the DNC tells the FBI the Russians did it, they are good to go.

One thing that has been lost in this recent round of Russians hacking the DNC server is that, according to R. Priebus and the RNC, there were hacking attempts on their servers during the same general timespan, but theirs were secured.

I think they were indicted for spearfishing, not hacking. The idea was to conflate the two in the mind of the public. Wiki leaks has said that DNC was not hacked by Russia or a state actor, and these guys worked for Russian gov.

Rosenstein is feeding the fake narrative for for CNN etc.

Yes but those hacking attempts were made by some entity within our own government.

"How Could the FBI Indict 12 Russians for Hacking the DNC When the FBI Never Saw the Server?"

Simple, print out several pages of FBI letterhead paper with a solid block of black following the header and say it's absolute proof just too classified for the little people to read.

and add to that a team of rogue anti-Trump FBI agents and lawyers take of FBI headquarters, and Obama has placed members of his team in charge of every intelligence agency, how is it that Mueller can’t “prove” anything he wants.

And don’t forget most of the anti-Trump FBI agents worked on the Mueller investigation at one time or another. It seems obvious the entire Mueller team is biased against the President. This Russian collusion stuff stinks.

Has the FBI,ever in it's history, had a non-FBI entity examine a server involved in a major (or minor) investigation?

In a federal budget chock full of waste and fraud, the biggest rip-off is the salary of A G Jeff Sessions. Where is he and what is he doing? He is supposed to be in charge an important department. When an agency is headed by someone whose photo may be found on a milk carton, it should be shut down for lack of a reason for its existence.

I thought I read where our CIA has technology to invade computer systems and leave false flags or the equivalent of finger prints of other state sponsors.

I am completely sick of this Russian hacking narrative. Don’t write emails you don’t want your opponents to read.
