We all knew this feigned outrage over separating families had nothing to do with separating families, but with ensuring a steady flow of poor and dangerous elements into our country to be released into our communities and never heard from again. Now we have the proof. After the Trump administration marshalled all its security resources away from our border priorities in order to reunite the families, district Judge Dana Sabraw has now placed a halt on their deportations, even as unified family units...
Sabraw, a George W. Bush appointee, is the same judge who legislated from the bench that the administration must unite all criminal aliens with their children in just two weeks, a very dangerous policy to children. Then he refused to allow the government to take the time to conduct DNA tests and track down proper documentation to prove familial ties, even when they found that 20 percent of the “parents” were unfit to regain custody or weren’t even their parents. This judge is violating all legal norms in his pursuit of a political agenda, and ironically, he doesn’t even care about these kids.

The Congress can put a stop to all this court foolishness.
They can pass laws that put such things as immigration and the like OFF LIMITS to courts..........................AND ITS CONSTITUTIONAL!................
The State of Emergency passed after 9/11 I believe is still in effect.
Have the military arrest the judge for engaging in conduct giving aid and comfort to an external foe of the US during time of war.
Article II already grants plenary power over immigration to the president with very few limitations; it grants NONE to the judicial branch. “Judge” Sabraw is exceeding his constitutional authority in violation of his oath of office, i.e., he is committing an impeachable offense.
They don't need to. The Constitution already makes it clear who bears the burden and responsibility for immigration. This judge needs to be removed from the bench for exceeding his authority. SCOTUS has ruled at least twice in recent history supporting POTUS in his immigration policies.
The judge doesn’t have that authority.
Use the Kelso decision to condemn 100 acres surrounding this judges house, and turn that property into a detention center.

That global 1% need the remaining 89% to be poor, and the other 10% to be government clerks to manage the 89%. That is what this is all about. Global participation required.
WHO is responsible for telling these Judges to pound salt, sut up and sit down? If they do NOT have the authority to make or change laws or policies as they have been doing THEN WHY IN THE HELL HAVE THEY BEEN ALLOWED TO HOLD THIS POWER?

There may be some of that, but I don’t think it is what is driving this.
I used to think that the people that talk about the Deep State and Shadow Governments were nuts and Conspiracy Theorist.
Not so much anymore.
This article and others like it have pushed me over the edge it to believer land.
The only reasonable explanation for both Democrat and Republican factions being consumed with stopping nearly every Trump initiative is that both parties are determined that any person that is not an approved member of the ruling elite shall not sit in the Oval Office.
The people that spend their lives working their way in to the inner circle can not accept that even a billionaire should by pass those that pull levers of power to gain the ultimate seat of power.
Trump was never a loyal member of either party and he managed to overcome every obstacle put in his way to not only win the primary election to be the Republican nomination but to go on to win the Presidency over the designated favorite.
