I understand the confusion. We were having dinner at a restaurant and my son asked me if chicken fried steak fingers was chicken or beef.
He assumed steak meant beef.
But he wasn’t sure.

When I worked at a kosher deli at Winn Dixie in South Florida, many of my customers were Muslims and non-observant Jews. What’s it the government’s business who eats what. The fact that they are registering Jews at all in Austria is all the more reason for Jews to leave Europe altogether. Disgusting.
Maybe we could tattoo a number on them to identify them.

As for who eats what ...
It’s remarkable how those of the ideology that here in America once sang “he can’t even run his own life, I’ll be damned if he’ll run mine” now demand we can’t get by without them fussing over every nuance of life except for sex and getting high ... only getting their jollies is off the table for them. And of course it matters not that they can’t run their lives and their morals and ethics are corrupt: the seriousness of the charges only matters as a club to whack the the rest of us with, no matter how niggling and contrived the charges may be.
Austria just acquired some belated testicular fortitude, and wants to control its borders. If they also want to control every aspect of everyone’s life within those borders, they can count me out. So much for vacationing in Saltzberg.
And a big sign on your back saying “Tritt mir bitte”
I wouldn’t register either, not here, not in Europe, not in Australia.
