The U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling in the Janus v. AFSCME case has heartened conservatives throughout the nation, especially in non-right-to-work states such as California that require public employees to pay dues to their respective unions. Janus will, over time, reduce the power of these unions as they are forced to spend more time wooing members — and they will have less disposable cash to control state legislatures and city councils.

They will have less to buy politicians with, but will it make a real difference?

Only time will tell.

Now we can only hope that Justice Kavanaugh is confirmed. I would hate to think that they could stall on this nomination for a year just to get a 9th circuit opinion validated by a 4-4 SC. Would not be surprised if they try as they (Liberals) have useful idiots in the ranks of the Republican party.

One or two more Trump justices and we can challenge tax dollars automatically going to the public schools instead of to the Parents.

Maybe even challenge the establishment of mandatory public schools.

Abolishing public sector Unions would be the best thing for all taxpayers and people in general.

As it is the left has control over public sector employees using the Unions for coercion.

JFK really screwed the pooch by allowing them. It’s now time to correct that heinous wrong.

***they will have less disposable cash to control state legislatures and city councils***

AND the US Congress! It is legalized money laundering! If Trump earns a second term I hope he follows up on FDR's warning and eliminates government employee unions. Reagan made a decisive move against the air traffic controllers.

Should have made a Recess appointment. Someone so ProLife Conservative and hated by all liberal left that they would have been begging to put Kavanagh in place.
