An influential New Jersey lawmaker said this week he’s concerned that legalizing marijuana would result in stores selling intoxicating lipsticks, candies, and cupcakes — as well as “sex toy oils with marijuana.”
State Sen. Ron Rice, a Democrat, made the remark in a videotaped interview with NJTV. He told the Washington Examiner in an email he is concerned about “marijuana infused oils, not toys.”
Rice is chairman of the New Jersey Legislative Black Caucus, a group described by NJTV as the “chief obstacle in Trenton to marijuana legalization.”

What about all that racial disparity in marijuana arrests?
Maybe it’s the federal $$$ to fight drugs they’re really concerned with.
Do we really need to know the details of his private life?

Is he afraid that too much of the oil will make him tip over?
This is exactly how ridiculous marijuana prohibition has become. My sister recently started using “CBD Oil”, which has zero psychoactive properties, but it has no noticeable side effects and has allowed her to live without Vicodin for the first time in years. Why in the world that was ever illegal, I have no idea, but anyone advocating that people be denied something that can alleviate their pain without all of the known considerable negative side effects of narcotics should really take another look at this.
Methinks this senator has been drinking too much of the good stuff.

The right to stick marijuana up your butt is enshrined in the Constitution, and is the very reason we rebelled against the tyrant, George III. Denying consenting adults the right to stick pot up their butts is literally Hitler!
If he’s concerning himself with stuff like this, that must mean New Jersey has officially run out of problems requiring government intervention. Congratulations on your success, New Jersey!
