A CVS customer snub initially characterized as a racial incident now appears to be more complicated than that.
An Edgewater resident who was at CVS when a white manager called the police on a black woman after rejecting her coupon, says customer Camilla Hudson was “going off loudly,” refusing to leave, and following the other manager when he went into the employee-only part of the store.
On Friday, Hudson, 53, posted on Facebook the now-viral video of CVS employee Morry Matson calling the police to remove her from the CVS Pharmacy at 6150 N. Broadway. “I had the police called on me for attempting to use a coupon @ the CVS Pharmacy located at 6150 N. Broadway in Chicago!” she said in her post which has received national media attention and nearly half-million views on Facebook.
“I was there looking for a snack, and suddenly I hear this woman yelling, she raised her voice, was yelling at the manager ‘Is this what you consider customer service?'” Jordan said.
Jordan said Hudson created a scene. “I was very uncomfortable, the other customer that was standing there with me, she looked uncomfortable,” Jordan said. “It’s being reported that they called [police] because of a coupon, that’s just not it.”

In NJ, Indians (East Indians) regularly xerox coupons and tie up the line while the poor minimum-wage ladies on the register call them to task.

All it would have taken was commonsense on everybody but that seems to be a lost art.
Every week we get 20 percent off coupons from CVS. My Mom a few weeks back tried to use it on some Align for me(Tummy issues, long story), they would NOT accept the coupon even though it was directly from CVS..she asked them what’s the point of mailing these coupons if they are worthless, the manager came and said she can’t use it, oh well..and we are white so I guess that means we can’t cry racism
She is going to Starbucks them to get some dough.
The grievance mob is unrelenting and white people are still terrified of being called racist. Easier for the corporate bosses to simply fire this guy than try to defend him, even if he was in the right.

CVS coupons suck.
They certainly play the cheap lottery! But, of course, America no longer tries to make immigrants (legal) part of America. My Colombian cleaning woman told me how they all boo’ed when President Trump welcomed them to America during their swearing-in ceremony. It didn’t even occur to her that she would have insulted me.

You could tell the manager was shaking he was so upset so there had to be much more to the story.
And now the whole world knows that the customer is incontinent.

On an up note, my cleaning lady - a brand new American - has suddenly turned into some kind of alt-right nutcase who hates all Hispanics, Indians, and any others she deems unsatisfactory additions to the melting pot. Talk about change on a dime!
