The Republican National Committee (RNC) posted strong fundraising numbers for June, surpassing the cash-strapped Democratic National Committee (DNC) for another month in a row.
RNC officials reported almost $14 million in fundraising in June, compared to just $8 million raised by Democrats during that time. The party remains far ahead of the DNC in to-date fundraising totals for this cycle, enjoying a lead of almost $100 million in total funds raised, according to The Washington Post.
Democrats ended June with just $9 million cash on hand and $6.3 million in debt, according to the Post. That's compared to a much larger $50.7 million cash on hand for Republicans.
The RNC's strong month of fundraising in June followed a record-high fundraising month in May, when Republicans raised more than $10 million and set records for fundraising in an off-year election.
Democrats, meanwhile, suffered through their worst May fundraising levels in more than a decade as the party's chairman Tom Perez defiantly vowed to double the DNC's budget from $50 to $100 million this year.
"Well again, I got there on March 1. And so, I was the first to say, 'We have a lot of rebuilding to do,'" Perez told NBC's Hallie Jackson last month.
Cash problems are not the DNC's only problem heading in to the 2018 midterms. Despite an in-state cash advantage in Georgia, Democrats lost a special election for a Georgia House seat in the most expensive race in history earlier this year, costing at least $40 million dollars.
Democrats are hoping to retake the House, where they face a 23-seat deficit, and the Senate, where they face a two-seat deficit, in November.
A generic House ballot survey earlier this month showed Democrats with a 10-point advantage for control of the lower chamber.
The Blue Wave is turning into an Evaporating Puddle.
Get on the TRUMP TRAIN, RNC!!! Quit your FREELOADING!!!
Apparently the media doesn’t give from their own pockets.
THAT is the poll that matters.
People vote their pocketbooks first.
Don’t be fooled. What happened in VA is coming across the country. Small leftwing groups created by political hacks are being backed by big anonymous donors. They can act with impunity because nobody takes them seriously, they release malicious ads and after the election, the groups disband and the money evaporates.
The DNC will no longer be the financial juggernaut because nobody like the Clintons or Obama is on the horizon for them.
I hope the Republicans use the money wisely.
Remember this is only the DNC and the RNC. They are smaller parts of the fund raising world. The pacs have far more money and there are several of them plus groups like planned parenthood, the NRA and Unions. So you may be able to get an unscientific since of the enthusiast in this election. But you can’t use this data to actually say who has the most money.
So much for the Blue Wave. It will be more akin to a Blue Flush.
But are they spending it or sitting on it? And if they are spending it is it on expensive hotels, restaurants, and consultants or in ways that will ensure keeping the House and Senate?
Don’t forget that the media gives the democrats billions of dollars worth of free ads everyday in the form of propaganda.
Can’t put a price on that. Free ads everyday all day.
Doesn’t matter too much as dem donors are pushing money into 3rd parties rather than the party itself.
Great news, but remember, Cankles outspent Trump bigly.
Probably of more importance this week:
* I heard from a very good (probably the best) source in AZ that Martha McSally’s house seat is considered pretty safe now. That was a concern for me.
*CA 49 polling has the R up 3 in a district Issa only won by one.
*Dino Rossi has raised a ton of money in WA, and now has a great chance to hold Reichart’s seat.
*Two MN seats appear to be ready to flip red.
Taken together, I think the window is rapidly closing on DemoKKKrats for the House. I now put the number of really competitive House seats at about 24-25. This means we are almost to the point where DemoKKKrats have to win EVERY SINGLE “BUBBLE” SEAT to take the house.
More like a blue Trabant (infamous 2 stroke East German peoples car)
All Democrats are crazythere isnt a sane one in the bunch and anyone who donates to them is also crazy.

Does not matter as long as Soros is allowed to circumvent political donation law.
YES!
When you have the “mockingbird” mediaVOMITS and the spineless traitorous RINOS along with an AG MIA insurance policy planted swamp creature backstabbing Sessions and over the top vitriol hatred towards a sitting president plus the enthusiasm frenzy on their side they don’t need $$! I’m afraid the midterms are going to be frightening!
I get solicitations from the RNC disguised as part of the Trump campaign. You have to read the fine print to see where it is a joint venture with the RNC. Anything that would give the RNC a dime goes into the trash. Sadly, that is most things.
