I am not always ‘in tune’ with Rand Paul, but he has a serious suggestion here, and I agree with him.

Brennan is no longer CIA chief, there is a little preface to security clearances, it is called NEED TO KNOW, so you may have a top secret clearance you can NOT ask for info willy nilly.
