Pelosi meant that, instead of fishermen understanding they could now be fishers of men, the Apostles “epistles” (letters) carried by letter carriers would spread the same message to the masses without postage due and without competition from UPS.
This would create a Church of Door to Door Mail Service which then would morph into the Christian Church. Or something like that.
The letter carriers were there at the beginning, though.
