There are ways to block cell access in the building and FB can be blocked on you network. Demanding phones etc is too aggressive and bad for morale.
They use their own data, I don’t allow my WIFI to be used by employees. Putting a cell blocker up will have the feds knocking at my door so fast your head will spin, already looked into it. I just get so tired of listening to the one who say “I have to have it, in case of emergency” or “I need to stay in touch with the kids”.

I’m 53, my whole generation grew up, worked, and lived our young lives just fine without the damn things. People have gotten so use to having them that watching them without one is like a heroin addict going through withdraw. They are shocked and so upset when they go through a dead zone, hell I wish my business WAS a dead zone. I wonder if there’s a machine I could buy that would work like a blocker but actually have a use as well. HF welders perhaps? IDK, just tired of looking around and watching people think they can check the things anytime they want during business hours.
