Infectious diseases such as super-gonorrhoea could spread more rapidly if the UK leaves the European Union, health chiefs have warned.
Britain is said to be under “significant threat” from such diseases after Brexit if the government doesn’t work out a way of maintaining a close working relationship with European health bodies.

Seems like if you were susceptible to super-gonorrhoea, the first thing you’d do is buy a box of condoms, and perhaps evaluate what kind of partners you hang out with...rather than worry about BREXIT.
Using their logic, there might be a shortage of ale, and only by maintaining a close relationship with the EU....would the ale supply be guaranteed.
The left in this country will probably try this approach.

This is one reason the left doesn’t want to educate kids. People couldn’t get away with saying things this stupid if the public had the ability to think for themselves.
An uneducated public is easy to fool and scare. And the “educated elites” can say pretty much whatever they want.
This sounds - at best - “counter-intuitive.” It seems that there would be a much LOWER risk of health issues if you REDUCE immigration of people from countries with exotic diseases and third-rate health-care systems.
