President Trump on Friday called on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to keep the upper chamber in session until hundreds of pending nominees are confirmed.
“The only things the Democrats do well is ‘Resist,’ which is their campaign slogan, and ‘Obstruct.’ Cryin’ Chuck Schumer has almost 400 great American people that are waiting ‘forever’ to serve our Country! A total disgrace. Mitch M should not let them go home until all approved!” Trump tweeted Friday.

How much do Congress critters make? Not only do they pad their wallets and their family and friends wallets with sweetheart deals, you can’t get the bastards to work on any actual legislation for the people they allegedly represent. Apparently, getting them to work more than half the year is an imposition.
Should also stay in session until The Wall is funded.
The Democrats make a convenient punching bag, President Trump knows the real problem is Mitch M.
Exactly why I wouldn’t feel sad if Congress stalled for multiple days and wouldn’t end until something was passed. I probably work more days as an accountant for an investment firm than many politicians do.
These lazy assholes believe they are entitled to several weeks off with full pay and sit on their asses eating chips and getting fat.
Trump is a businessman as such a concept of sloth ness is completely alien to his being.
The work ethic of a businessman is so far ahead of a politicians.

It should be the rule that nominations are deemed automatically approved after a year, unless voted against.

And they are hoping Dems win and impeach Trump so their corporate masters can up the H1b and H2b visas, get cheap
labor thru our southern border. These KocH suckers are bought and paid for and they don’t care one bit for more jobs at higher wages for Americans.
Trump needs to work to get enough of the Rinos out to get Mitch out of leadership, and primary him out of the Senate. We need Jim Jordan as Speaker, not McCarthy or Scalese both Ryan flunkies. We have had our fill of Boner and his stooge Ryan, time for someone the base wants.
The Democrats alone can keep the session going in ‘pro forma’. This is what the Republicans did during Obama, so he declared as President that the Senate was in recess and made appointments - one of the worst power grabs in the history of the country to claim for himself the right to declare when a wholly separate branch of government was or was not in recess. This went to the Supreme Court where he was swatted down 9-0 and everything his illegal appointees did was declared null and void.
I thought McConnell had called off the recess awhile back.
If they lose congress, it’s referendum on congress, not Trump. Trump is doing his job, while congress whacks off.
What they do is to fight for what they want, whether in the majority or not. They do not compromise.
What the GOPe does is compromise, whether in the minority or in the majority. The GOPe expects reciprocation, or at least many on the right assume they do. Or assumed, if they've taken the red pill.
The Turtle really needs to push through more of the judicial nominees - especially Circuit Court Judges. Hardly any have been pushed through in the last month.
I hope the President Trump gives out McTurtle’s personal cell phone number and email and asked Patriots to give him a peice of their mind.
