Charles and David Koch have created a massive network of political organizations that donate hundreds of millions of dollars to Republican candidates and conservative causes. But they are currently unhappy with the White House and the Republican Party for abandoning what they see as core principles such as fiscal responsibility and free trade.
They made their displeasure known during a meeting in Colorado Springs with dozens of their organizations.

From what I can see, the Koch Bros support the GOPe, not actual conservatives.
They support “global free trade”, which is nothing more than a scam to drain the US economy over time.
The Koch brothers are the financiers of the Cheap Labor Express.
They are not going to turn their backs on 30 years and millions of dollars of “investments” in buying our politicians to betray US.
We are 30 years and 30 million people into the Bush Plan for North Mexico.
Does anyone believe they will stop?
Koch Brothers are no better than Soros.
Koch Brothers are no better than Soros.
The Koch Brothers are the American version of $oreA$$!
“Remember when they were the EVIL KOCH bros? “
They still are! Their concept of “conservatism” is, in reality a spin on Globalism, and rich f*ckers like themselves being able to “buy Republilcans” who will do their bidding in the Congress. Trump has upset their plans.
I don’t like the tone of this article by someone named “Rick Moran.”
Going forward, we need to be cautious about things published by “American Thinker.”
Now there is “free trade”, and there is trade that is actually a fair exchange of goods and services over international borders, in which rational payment is made, and an actual exchange value is established.
Much of the “free trade” as now constituted, is we give it away, and the other trade partners get it “for free.
David Koch has announced he is happy to fund Democrat politicians if they will carry his issues...Free Trade...”Immigration Reform” etc.
Which means he is getting at least SOME push back from the Republicans.
And the Republican politicians are between a rock and a hard place. Their entire electorate is opposed to the Koch/CoC agenda. But their money comes from the Koch network and the Chamber of Commerce network. The BIG money.
And the fault lies entirely with Republican politicians for playing both sides...for decades.
The cycle, to quote a major religious figure: The chickens have come home to roost.
And I cannot be more pleased at their suffering and anxiety.
KOCH brothers
Is it pronounced “COKE” brothers or “COCK” brothers? /s
Or “Cuck” Brothers.
“A Koch network spokesman, James Davis, shrugged off the criticism.
“We are focused on uniting the country to help remove barriers that are preventing people from reaching the potential,” he said. “Toward that end, we look forward to working with the President Trump, Congress and communities whenever possible to help people improve their lives.”
What a bunch of pablum puking nonsense.
They are libertarians.
Not GOP. Not conservative.
“I dont like the tone of this article by someone named Rick Moran.
What, specifically, is it that you do not like?
They’re not libertarians either.
The GOPE version of Soros. America hating bas&ards!
Sorry Koch, you need to join the Democrats...you aren’t Republican...
A couple of things.
Moran writes approvingly about the Koch billionaires -”whose money will be the difference between victory and defeat for the GOP in November . . .”
That is simply wish-casting. GOP candidates - the 2016 presidential candidate for example - won in the face of Koch indifference and hostility. The Koch's were inept in 2016 and there is no reason to believe they have changed.
And then this: “Bannon is the pipsqueak taking on an 800-lb gorilla. Is there any doubt who will win?”
The Koch's are not fighting Bannon, Mr. Moran. The Koch's are fighting the people who elected Trump. Trump supporters beat the Koch's and Jeb Bush-types once. They may again.
Unless someone can write something in the American Thinker and convince us that we can't.
“The Koch’s are fighting the people who elected Trump.”
Correct.
