Hillary Clinton started running for President the day she stepped down as Sec State and really before that. But full time when she left State Dept in .... wait for it ... 2013. So they began donating to her 'charity' right when she began laying her pres run down. If they deny it, tell us how much they've donated since November 2016, when she was certified as a loser again. I'll bet contributions have cratered.
Foreign countries give millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation and there is no election influence.
