Lou Dobbs: McConnell & GOP Are 'Sellouts' to Koch Brothers, Will Blame Trump for 2018 Losses
Lou Dobbs ^ | July 31, 2018 | Lou Dobbs

Tucker Carlson asked Fox Business host Lou Dobbs about why the Republican leadership appear to be unconcerned with fulfilling President Trump's campaign promises, specifically the border wall.

Carlson said that Trump's top campaign priority that allowed him to defeat 16 Republicans and Hillary Clinton was the promise to "build that wall" on the southern border and strengthen immigration policies.

Dobbs blasted Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell after the Kentucky Republican spoke "dismissively" about the urgency to build the wall.

In a Louisville radio interview, McConnell said the funding for the wall would "probably" not happen before the midterm elections.

Cheap labor and eventuality votes for liberals....once known as the Democrat Party.

The Koch brothers are making money overseas with cheaper labor and don't want to pay the tariffs on replacement parts sent to the USA. Mich McConnell and Paul Ryan are huge players in the globalists, elitists here and the Deep State. They play Washington politics and President Trump does not.

Take the time to look for Made in America labels when shopping for anything.

Remember McConnell campaigned on repealing Obamacare, then he was surprised that Trump was really going to try to repeal it after he won? Then when it failed, McConnell told us to move on.

Lou Dobbs has a real animus for the Koch Brothers, though I do not believe he has gone so far as to compare them to George Soros.

But the Koch Brothers seem to invest in candidates that either are willing to surrender the election to the Democrat (who in many instances probably did have Soros money in their campaign), or if once elected, immediately abandon every principle they claimed to have during the campaign, and covertly support the Democrat agenda.

One would think, that the Koch Brothers would look for SOMEBODY with a little backbone on which to spend their accumulated wealth, but perhaps anybody that can be bought so easily, does not have backbone to begin with.

Eventually when we import enough Socialists they’ll elect a Socialist government which will strip the Koch Brothers of their wealth.

And apparently they’re too STOOOOOPID to realize it.

It’s not just McConnell, ALL career politicians are in pockets of their mega donors. There are very few exceptions which I can count on my left hand fingers.

The epic fight you are witnessing is Donor class versus Voter class. The career politicians will never admit they are against the hard working middle class, but their actions give them away. They give nice sounding speeches and then act on orders from the donor class.

They are not stupid. They just don’t care. They know they will be dead and gone before the consequences of what they do catch up with them.

Lou Dobbs is right on the money, the Bush League Republicans work for the New World Order not for US.

If they had been on our side, we would not have needed Trump.

Kochs support the immigration policies of the US because without immigration, the USA would have a negative population growth.

With a negative population growth aka shrinking population, the will be fewer people to work and fewer people to consume.

Then perhaps the Koch brothers should divert some of their lobbying funds to pro-life groups.

The one of the main reasons for the falling US population numbers is the fact we’re destroying so many babies. Less abortions = more future workers.

Simple, when you think about it

“Billionaires don’t get stripped of their wealth until God comes down.”

The manipulative behavior of billionaires (Soros, Steyer, Buffett, Koch brothers, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Cook, etc), in the political world, is ultimately going to result in a wealth tax. Liberals will support an asset or wealth tax as a large untapped source of money and to stick it to the wealthy. Conservatives will support it as payback for rigging the economic game and imposing liberal social justice views on the total population.

you should study history. You two would have bitched about the Irish and the Italians. As Nixon said: right wing bitchers!

And if you don't like the woman's legal right to choose and have access to birth control I don't know what to tell you.

The Koch bros are pissed off because they poured millions maybe billions into pockets plus into their overseas businesses that may bank roll them. Think about it, they most definitely placed their bets on Hillary and threw money at her AND probably began to roll out new businesses overseas and then Trump won. Can you imagine? This is the true Eddie Murphy trading paces scenario when they found out they lost money. They can make back that money so fast if they would get on board with Trump and this economy like Apple did and bring their money back to this country and start employing Americans not cheap labor.

I was simply raising the point that if the Koch brothers are truly worried about the declining population, working toward reducing abortions would be a more efficient use of their lobbying efforts.

And for the record, I have no problem with LEGAL immigrants.

The Koch brothers are in their 80’s. Why so greedy when they’re so near to death?

Those people put all their money into foundations that they get paid from and control and not pay taxes. What we should have done ages ago when we first took the House and Senate was undo all those IRS/congressional laws that allowed for the creation of foundations and NGOs.

“Eventually when we import enough Socialists they’ll elect a Socialist government which will strip the Koch Brothers of their wealth.”

Socialism doesn’t strip those with already accumulated wealth. It actually serves to protect them. That’s why you see so many who have already become wealthy become Left Wingers. What it DOES is destroy the middle class and prevent upward economic mobility for anyone who has not already amassed wealth. You end up with a dacha society: nothing but a relatively few elite oligarchs with unimaginable power and wealth forever and the masses of slaves/peasants who will live their lives impoverished from beginning to end.
