It really should be a felony for a first offense illegal border crossing or visa overstay.
What is it about these illegals that does not allow them to understand they broke our laws as their first act of being in our country? Are they really that stupid or dumb? Don’t they have laws in their own country? Maybe the entire concept of laws is beyond their understanding. If so they definitely came to the wrong country.

Historically, border-jumping would get someone executed as a spy.
somewhere in the cobwebs of my memory, and I may be wrong, but I think that illegals who protest or participate in acts of insurrection against the govt are committing a felony, subjecting them to immediate deportation with prejudice. Or maybe that’s just in Messico, Guatamala and Honduras.
