No Judge can block this. The President has the authority to declassify any document he chooses...no questions asked, and no one can stop him. Not a judge, not the Supreme Court and not Congress.

Don’t know if they can actually block it.. but they will do whatever they can to slow it down.
On the other hand ‘the left” seem to be able to do all kinds of unconstitutional things and “the right” usually lets them get away with it?
