On what basis? Trump is well within his Article II powers. Who would have standing to bring the case to court?

If the Federal Marshals refuse, they will not, you are talking about the breakdown of civil constitutional order. If that sad day ever happens it will be ugly, as Constitutional Law is no longer relevant. At this point all order will be from the end of a gun barrel.

He just needs to do what congress does... release it without any hesitation. He has the legal right to declassify all by himself and should not wait for anyone’s approval. Court can’t do squat if he just sends it out.

Lets hope they try. This would be a good case to go to the supreme court as Justice Thomas mentioned to check the power of a single District Court judge to impose their will and block national policy.
It is not possible a judge can block this. This is the prerogative of the President. It’s like a pardon.

Agreed. There is no way that they can let this happen. They CANNOT let it get out to the public. They will go to every pecker-head judge in existence that they can find to thwart it. IMHO, they’re most likely trying to hide a pre-planned assassination plot of the POTUS and it leads all the way up to odongo himself. Remember their mighty muslim messiah, odongo himself, stating Trump would NEVER be POTUS. There is NO WAY they can let something this involving the first “black POTUS” ever get out.....they’re in a world of hurt right now because it appears it’s gonna come out.
